Sign out of Netflix

On the error screen in the Netflix app, firstly you have to select “More Info” or “More Details” and continue to Step 2. In this case, if you do not see “More Info” or “More Details”, please you follow these steps below.

  1. Please navigate up and select Settings or the Gear icon and continue to Step 2. If you do not have Settings or the Gear icon, please continue these steps below.

–          Please entering the following sequence by using the arrow keys on your remote of device:  Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up

  1. The second step, you are able to select Reset.

–          If you do not see “Reset”, so you are able to select Sign Out or Deactivate.

  1. The last, when you are signed out, please sign back in and try Netflix again.
